Just a short intro. My name is Joy and I found that I love doing research and during that researching I've learned so much that I feel the need to share. Some of what I've learned was the direct result of a family illness and now nothing stops me from learning more.. I believe we all need to be our own advocates and have someone to advocate for us when necessary, but we need information to help us make important decisions. I realize that being so busy with our lives that not everyone has the time to do the initial research, so I'm here to start the ball rolling for you. Although I am not a doctor, I am a health coach and an essential oil coach with a passion to help others.
