◻Essential Oils:

Many essential oils need to be used with a "carrier" oil because of their potency and some cannot be used internally, during pregnancy or for children. Please research before using to see specific guidelines .for usage.

Basil: Contains anti-bacterial properties. Helps relieve congestion and ear infection discomort. Add equal parts basil and frankincense to a teaspoon of cooconut oil and rub behind the ear. I have personally used this for my granddaught's ear infection and saw immediate pain relief and second-day recovery.

Clove: Great for burns and cuts. Also, promotes healthy gums and can be used for relief of toothache pain. For a toothache add 2 drops to teaspoon of coconut oil and apply to affected area.

Oregano: Acts as a natural antibiotic. Strong enough to kill different types of bacteria including E Coli. Dilute with a carrier oil and apply to the bottom of the feet or take internally for 10 days and then cycle off. There are many uses for oregano oil, so please see other literature regarding it.

Lavender: First aid for burns and wounds. Improves sleep and relieves headaches. Diffuse 5 drops to get a good nights sleep.

See my booklet for more essential oils and for details on what and why these oils are important. My 10+ Go to Essential Oils.

Ivermectin is said to be an effective treatment for "covid". It also is being investigated for the treatment of cancer. Many doctors support the use of Ivermectin even though their licenses were threatened during the peak of covid. We'll dive deeper into these claims in another article.

◻Quercetin: Is a flavonoid found in many fruits and vegetables such as onion, apples, broccoli, strawberries, blueberries, etc. It is an antioxidant, anti-inflammatory, anti-allergy, antiviral. It also helps zinc enter the cells.

There is evidence that Quercetin may work similarly to hydoxychloroquine. It has been used as an over-counter anti-allergic supplement as well as use for asthmas.

As an antioxidant it possible anti-cancer uses. The main source of quercdetin is in our diets although many diets, such as keto, miss this key nutrient in their diets.
